All content on the u777 platform — including but not limited to the u777 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of u777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the u777 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any u777 content without prior written consent.
• Use the u777 brand name, logo, or any other trademark in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Create derivative works based on any u777 content or software.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the platform.

Any unauthorized use of u777's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

u777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your u777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Where an account is terminated by u777 due to a breach of these Terms, u777 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending the outcome of any investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in its entirety and the matter referred to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the u777 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact u777's customer support team to initiate this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, u777 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

u777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Player — u777 will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your account or through a prominent notice displayed on the platform upon login.

Your continued use of the u777 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
